Effective date: September 4, 2026 These terms apply to the text messaging (SMS) program operated by Mirror Your World Installation (1989) Inc., operating as Glass Showers and More (“GSM Glass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these terms. Program name GSM Glass Client Messaging – operated by Mirror Your World Installation (1989) Inc. o/a Glass Showers and More, 90B Centurian Drive, Unit 4-7, Markham, ON L3R 8C4. Program description This is a one-to-one conversational messaging program between our office staff and our clients. Messages are written individually by a member of our team and relate only to an active or requested job. They include: scheduling and confirming measurement and installation appointments; following up on quotes and estimates; notifying you when your glass or materials have arrived from our supplier; coordinating installer arrival times and site access; and answering questions you send us about your project. We do not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or bulk text messages through this program. How you join We add your mobile number only after you verbally agree to receive text messages during a phone call or in-person conversation with our staff. At that time we tell you that messages come from GSM Glass staff, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP at any time. Submitting a contact or “Get a Quote” form on our website is not consent to receive text messages. If you provide a mobile number through a web form, we will respond by phone or email unless you separately agree to texting. We never purchase, rent, or obtain phone numbers from third-party lists, lead brokers, or affiliates. Message frequency Message frequency varies depending on the status of your project. You may receive several messages in a week while an installation is being scheduled, and none at all between projects. Cost Message and data rates may apply. GSM Glass does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive. Check with your carrier if you are unsure of your plan’s rates. How to opt out Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving text messages. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. You can also opt out by telling any GSM Glass staff member, calling 416-491-8815, or emailing info@gsmglass.ca. We honour opt-out requests immediately and keep a record of them. Opting out of text messages does not affect our ability to contact you by phone or email about your project, and does not affect your quote, order, or warranty in any way. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS content data. I emailed Glass Showers and within a day or two they responded and gave me a quote based on my measurements. Within a few days someone was on-site to measure and within a few weeks the new glass shower door was installed.
